Select Consumer to start (you can switch to Distributor later).

Verify your mobile phone number. Once verified, the “Next” button will activate—tap it to continue.

Enter your name, gender, date of birth, password, mobile number, and email. Then click “Next.” Use “Address Search” to find and enter your address.

STEP 6

You already have a sponsor. Select “Yes” and click “Next.”

You need the ID of a sponsor who has already become a member.
Enter your sponsor ID in the blank.

Check the Sponsor ID, sponsor name, and branch, then click “Confirm” to continue.

Select your center. Type a keyword or number in the search box, then click the magnifying glass to search. You can change your center anytime.

STEP 10

Your sponsor and center have been assigned. Click “Next” to continue.

Review your details to make sure everything is correct. Then click “Registration Complete” to finish.

FAQ — Australia Atomy Self Registration (PC/Mobile)

Short answers to help you complete registration on the official site.

1) Where can I find “Join Us”?
On mobile, open the top menu (☰) or check the top header near Sign in.
On PC, it is usually on the top navigation bar.
2) The country/region looks wrong. What should I do?
Use the site’s country/region selector and set it to Australia.
Refresh once, then enter from the Join/Sign-up menu again.
3) The page doesn’t load properly on my phone.
Open the link in Chrome/Safari (avoid in-app browsers).
If needed, refresh once after clearing cache for the page.
4) Verification code is delayed or not arriving.
Wait 60–120 seconds, then resend once (too fast can fail).
Check spam/junk for email codes, or use an alternate method if shown.
5) Address entry keeps failing.
Complete all required address fields and avoid missing digits/format issues.
If blocked, switch device (mobile ↔ PC) and re-enter carefully once.
6) “Next/Continue” button is disabled.
Scroll and confirm all required agreements (terms/privacy) are checked.
Also re-check required fields for missing characters or invalid format.
7) Registration finished, but login fails.
Use “Reset Password / Find ID” on the official login page and retry.
Make sure you are logging in on the Australia site (not another region).
8) Should I register on mobile or PC?
Mobile is fine if you can complete and see a confirmation screen.
If a step keeps failing, switch to PC for that step and continue.
